AI Guest Assistant for Design Hotel
Mari Pop is a design hotel in Ried im Zillertal, Austria, where art and nature converge. As a family-owned boutique property, the hotel faced a common challenge: a single front-desk person managing in-person guests, emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, and website forms during limited hours, with no support available after hours.
We developed Mari, an intelligent multilingual AI assistant using Voiceflow with agentic capabilities and proactive messaging. The chatbot provides 24/7 guest support in multiple languages, achieving a 98% automation rate in its first month enabling the hotel team to focus on high-value interactions.
